About ITCP:
The tasks an ITCP is expected to perform include: Installing newly purchased products, Troubleshooting system problems, Configuring peripherals such as printers, scanners and network devices
Key Competencies:
- Well-versed with company & products and recurring problems reported Familiar with basic electronics of system hardware
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance
- Familiar with functions of electrical and mechanical parts/modules
- Adept in how to communicate with customers in order to put them at ease
- Familiar with quality standards to be followed
- Well-versed with behavioural aspects and etiquette to be followed at customer's premises
- Knowledge about precautions to be taken while handling field calls and dealing with customers
